Mortgagee and Estate Sale Newsletter

Reporting on the market this week we have seen absolutely no change with regard to prices, there is competition on some properties however buyers are still approaching negotiations and value setting with an "air" of caution. The actual buyer activity and resultant sales seems to be quite buoyant for what is traditionally a slow time of the year and the "buzz" in our Coastlands Auction room last week took me back to three years ago. Therefore, the message from us is the same as has been for the last month, if you spot a property that raises your interest then take that next step.

Changes this week from the list is 114 Riverbank Road, Otaki has SOLD - negotiations started virtually straight after Auction. The "estate" home at 77 Stout Street in Shannon has SOLD.
The two mortgagee properties in Paraparaumu at 12 Gandalf Crescent and 19 Holcombe Drive were passed in at Thursday's Auction and offers were then submitted to the mortgagee immediately after - negotiations are continuing.

New to the list are two properties, Naenae is the suburb for the first property at 86 Rata Street. A spacious three bedroom home, well fenced family sized section at just under 1/4 acre with two toilets, double garaging and an estate keen for a sale.

The second addition is an "estate" sale at 6 Wayside, Miramar - "Home and Garden"
A charming three bedroom bungalow with modern kitchen, double garaging and superb indoor/outdoor flow which is geared up for a quick sale and worth viewing now.
