Paraparaumu Auction Room Packed with Buyers

One could be forgiven for thinking we were in a market of four years ago with the amount of purchaser interest in the Coastlands Auction Rooms today. STANDING ROOM ONLY was the order of the day and properties that did not sell are presently being negotiated.
First to sell was;
7 A Nathan Avenue, Paraparaumu
Mick Robbers put the hammer down after multiple bidding on this prime location townhouse in Paraparaumu's Golden Triangle. Townhouses of this nature are extremely popular and Doug and Jan Palmer of Harcourts Paraparaumu, the marketing consultants, said "this was no different." Two bedroom, low maintenance with a compact easy care section of 351m2 and "blue chip" location were the key to a sale price of $335,000 and a R.V of $365,000

Second up and sold was 28 Gawler Street in the character location of Te Horo Beach. With two bedrooms and garaging on a spacious 840m2 section proved very popular according to marketing consultant, Ray Marshall of Harcourts Waikanae Office. Sun soaked and primed to sell with an R.V of $255,000 it was sold under the Auctioneer's hammer for $269,500.

After that 38 Latitude Close in Whitby which is an absolutely immaculate four bedroom home in a sought after location featuring expansive garaging, double living, large decks and a sale price obtained at auction of $435,500. R.V is $455,000. A spacious 887m2 flat section certainly added to the package according to marketing consultant Marty Ritchie of Harcourts Whitby office.

Also in the Auction room, marketing consultant, Marianne Tavenier of Harcourts Paraparaumu had loads of purchaser interest in 27 Dale Road, Raumati South which was a typical three bedroom character cottage that proved very popular. The section was a very workable 809m2. R.V was $310,000 and the Auctioneer's gavel went down at $320,000
