Well we are into December already, if someone knows what happened to 2009 then please let me know!
The market in November definitely did not set the world on fire and when the stats come out you will probably see a drop from October which wasn't predicted in most quarters. Nevertheless market driven owners are getting results and in consequence there is normally a lot of interest in our Mortgagee and Estate sale list.
Sold from last newsletter is 128 Mako Mako Road, Levin, a rural property of some 7606m2 which was set up as a dog kennel complex with a two bedroom home and a R.V of $309,000. Passed in at auction on 14th October and has sold since for $260,000.
On Thursday 26th November we sold for the mortgagee 247 B Flightys Road in Pauatahanui - see our post 247B Flightys Road Sells at Auction.
New to the list is a bare section - 15 Kawau Grove, Waikanae which is an elevated 1072m2 (about 1/4 acre) site with gently sloping contour offering all day sun and Kapiti Island views.
