Coastlands Auction Room was packed as Harcourts Auctioneer, Stuart Pescini sorted through the bidders to sell 247B Flightys Road under the hammer for the mortgagee. The modern home boasted a floor area of 260m2 featuring four bedrooms, three car garaging and brilliant indoor/outdoor flow. The land featured a generous 5.295ha of undulating contour ideal for horses, sheep or cattle. A large barn/shed with cattle races supported the land and a special feature was the long concrete driveway that gave access from wrought iron gates, sweeping up to the elevated dwelling that provided excellent views over the property.
