Since the last newsletter our phones have been running hot!
Sold from our list has been 55 Marine Parade, Eastbourne (55 Marine Parade, Eastbourne Sells) and 207 The Esplanade in Petone (Under the Hammer Success in Petone) for the estates.

Newspapers are pointing out a softening in the market which is pretty much how we are seeing it. However, in reporting that there are still buyers purchasing and owners keen to sell seem to be "Flavour of the month" that is probably why our Auctions of properties (especially the mortgagee and estates) are proving popular.
