Levin Home Sells at Auction for the Mortgagee
The sound of the Auctioneers bell ringing at lunchtime on Saturday certainly aroused interest amongst the neighbourhood at 14 Kawiu Road. The front yard was packed with prospective purchasers and the bidding very active with the Harcourts Auctioneer bringing the hammer down at $185,000. The property was a very wll presented kiwi style weatherboard three bedroom family home. The outbuildings consisted of a single garage and attached shed with the section a spacious 809m2. The R.V was $235,000 and the marketing consultant was Donna Everton of Harcourts Levin.

Standing room only was the order of the day at Harcourts Auction Rooms as 30 Annan Grove, Papakowhai was sold on behalf of the mortgagee. Listing consultant Gavin Hardy of Harcourts Paremata expected a big turnout and was not suprised at the frenzied bidding.
A big family home of some 280m2 consisting of four plus bedrooms, rumpus and two bathrooms. Double internal access garaging in a great location that will support any improvement investment.
The RV on this property was $455,000 with a land area of 544m2 and the under the hammer sale price was $430,000.
Popular Raumati Beach Property Sells
